Contest Rules & Guidelines

Rules
- $20 + tax (per child) includes portrait session, contest entry and 4x6 portrait.
- $20 + tax (per child) due when appointment is scheduled over the phone.
- This fee is non-refundable.
- Group portraits can be taken of siblings for an additional $20 + tax per group.
- You will be given the opportunity to purchase more portraits the day of the session and online.
- Individual portraits will be used for contest. Group portraits will not be a part of the contest.
- All contestants must sign a model release form prior to the portraits being taken.
- Must show up for your appointment ON TIME, dressed and ready to go!
- Expect to be at the studio for 30 minutes or less per child.
- Voting will be online at www.beverlytoves.com and in-store. One vote per purchase at Chick-fil-A.
- To vote in Chick-fil-A, use the back of your receipt and write your image # clearly on the back.
- The 3 children with the most votes (online and in-store combined) will be chosen as the models for the Chick-fil-A kids area!

Dates & Timelines
-  Children will be photographed from August 3rd – 13th by pre-paid appointments only.
-  3-5 images will be placed online the next business day for contest image/4x6 and ordering.
-  The contest image will be the same image as your 4x6 choice.
-  All contest choices and extra ordering must be placed by Saturday August 14th NO

EXCEPTIONS!
-  If you have not chosen an image for the contest by Aug. 14th we will choose the image for you.
-  Contest images will be displayed at Chick-fil-a and online for voting by close of business Tuesday August 17th.
- Online and in-store voting runs from Wednesday Aug. 18th – Saturday August 28th.
- Your 4x6 and additional orders will be available at the studio for pick up in mid-September. We will call you and schedule your pick up time as soon as the portraits arrive.

Suggestions for clothing…
- you will want your portrait to stand out amongst the rest and be uniquely different, so feel free to call us and tell us about your child’s personality and we’ll give you some suggestions on things to bring!
- for this type of photography bright, colorful outfits will photograph best
- bring your child’s favorite thing to truly personalize the portraits (games, pet, stuffed animal, toys)
